This property on 1001 Magbee Dr was our second Smyrna house to buy renovate and list retail. We did on Antler Dr back in 2008 and have not been back in Smyrna since. The area offers allot for families and is walkalble (about 5 min) to Tolleson Park which has swim, tennis, volleyball, soccer and baseball fields so that was a selling point for us and hopefully our buyers.
