Founder, Robert Thompson was born in Birmingham, AL. Robert is a former United States Marine and graduate of AuburnUniversity with a BSBA in finance. Robert also holds an MBA in finance from AuburnUniversityMontgomery. Robert has been buying and selling investment real estate and lending hard money in Atlanta since 2003. He has a Alabama and Georgia real estate license and has served on the Board of directors for Georgia Real Estate Investors Assocaiotn (GAREIA), been featured as a hard money lender on "A&E's Flip This House" and recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as a "Top 40 Under 40"  in 2007 for the sucess his company has realized in Atlanta real estate investing sales and lending. Robert is also a partner in Thompson Forlsund Construction and holds a Georgia residential general contractor license, a Georgia real estate license and a series 7 and 66 securities license. Mr. Thompson is a licensed sales agent with Drake Realty.

 

 

 

 

 

A Licensed Agent with Drake Realty, Joel Forslund is from the Tampa Bay area is a graduate of Auburn University with a BSBA in finance. Joel also holds an Georgia Real Estate License. Joel has been buying, renovating and selling investment real estate  Atlanta since 2003. Joel works primaly for asset maangers doing BPO's and listing bank properties. He is senior project manager and partner for Thompson Forlsund Construction and has been managing residential renovations since 2004.
