Property Management Process
PROPERTY PRESENTATION
- We present your property to the largest available rental market.
- We are always aware of current market conditions. This allows us to rent your property at it's highest value in a reasonable length of time.
- We try and minimize your rent loss by advertising a vacant property weekly in the local paper, have it listed on our website under available units and advertise it over the internet until it is rented.
- We use a broad range of advertising media, including signs, newspaper classifieds, website and several internet companies who specialize in locating tenants.
TENANT SCREENING - We qualify tenant using with a national crime background check, credit check, and we call the tenant references ourselves.
- We are experienced in judging credit worthiness and you receive a tenant report card prior to approval.
- Prospective tenants pay for their own application fee $35.00 taken online.
- We take time with each new tenant to explain the benefits and responsibilities of renting a home from us.
- We provide you with protection through the use of proper rental agreements and forms, late notices and other documents.
- We require fair, appropriate security and/or pet deposits.
